Lymphatic Drainage Massage
Lymphatic Drainage Massage is a gentle, rhythmic massage technique designed to stimulate the body’s lymphatic system. By encouraging the natural flow of lymph fluid, this treatment helps reduce swelling, flush out toxins, and improve circulation. It’s a deeply cleansing and restorative treatment that leaves you feeling lighter, less bloated, and more energised.
How It Works
The lymphatic system plays a key role in removing waste products and excess fluid from the body. However, factors such as stress, lack of exercise, surgery, or illness can slow it down, causing fluid retention and puffiness.
Through light pressure and specialised movements, lymphatic drainage massage reactivates lymph flow, supporting detoxification and improving the body’s natural healing process.
