Brazilian Bum Lift

Vacuum Therapy is a non-invasive body sculpting treatment that uses controlled suction cups to gently lift and stimulate the skin and underlying tissue.

Who is it Suitable For?

Recommended Frequency

A course of 4–8 sessions, once or twice per week, is recommended for best results. Maintenance sessions can be done monthly to keep your results looking lifted and smooth.

Downtime

None you can return to normal activities straight after treatment. Some clients may notice temporary redness or mild suction marks which fade within hours.

Things to know before hand 

• Drink as much water as you ca before the appointment. 500ml - 1 litre.

• Wear small comfortable pants

Aftercare

• Drink at least 2–3 litres of water daily to support fat elimination.

• Avoid alcohol and caffeine for 24–48 hours.

• Light exercise (such as walking or gentle cardio) helps maintain results.

• Dry brushing or lymphatic massage at home can boost circulation and improve results further.

Pain Level

Mild to moderate suction can be felt, but the treatment is generally very comfortable. Most clients describe it as a firm massage.
