20,000 Sit Ups or Squats
in just 30 minutes
Also known as EMS/Hiemt
How the EMS Machine Works
Our EMS (Electro Muscle Stimulation) machine uses high-intensity electromagnetic energy to make your muscles contract much more powerfully than they ever could during a normal workout.
In a 30-minute session, it delivers thousands of rapid muscle contractions which is equivalent of around 20,000 sit-ups targeting the deep core muscles you can’t easily reach with standard exercise.

Here’s what’s happening inside your body:
-
The electromagnetic pulses bypass your brain and directly tell your muscles to contract.
-
These supramaximal contractions are far stronger than what you could do voluntarily, which builds and strengthens muscle faster.
-
Your body responds by building more muscle fibres and burning fat in the treated area.

The result? A tighter, stronger, more sculpted look with zero sweat required.

Is EMS Safe and Painless?
Absolutely! EMS uses non-invasive technology and doesn’t require any downtime. You’ll feel strong, rhythmic muscle contractions a bit like an intense workout but without any pain. Most clients describe it as unusual at first, but completely comfortable once they relax into the session. There’s no recovery time, and you can get straight back to your day. Some clients even fall asleep on it.

Frequency:
One session will get you feeling a little sculpted however the body does react differently to everyone. It is recommended at least 4 sessions twice a week to see full results.

Who Can't get it done?
For your safety, EMS is not suitable if you:
-
Are pregnant or breastfeeding.
-
Have a pacemaker, implanted defibrillator, or other electronic/metal implants in the body.
-
Have a history of seizures or epilepsy.
-

-

-
Have hernias or abdominal wall weakness in the target area.

Always let your therapist know about any health conditions or medications before treatment so we can make sure EMS is right for you.
